The Coherence Index (CI) is an educational metric derived from self-reported physiological cues — it is not a clinical measurement. If you have a medical condition, consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any breathing or regulation practice.

What we collect

Your check-in responses and CI scores are stored locally on your device using browser localStorage. They are not transmitted to any server. Coherence does not collect, store, or sell personally identifiable health data. If you create a Coherence+ account, your name and email are stored by Memberstack (our authentication provider) under their own privacy policy, available at memberstack.com.

Cookies and tracking

Readiness Cascade does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. Memberstack may set authentication cookies necessary for your login session to function.

Your data

Because your check-in history is stored in your browser's localStorage, clearing your browser data will remove it. There is no server-side backup of your check-in history. To delete your Coherence+ account and associated data, contact us at the address below.
